Our members gather six times a year for open membership meetings featuring programs that highlight Nordic culture. These meetings provide an opportunity to reconnect with friends while enjoying Nordic treats. Additionally, we celebrate three holiday events with exclusive member-only dinners.
See the Calendar page for the next open membership meeting.
Trollhaugen Lodge is a recreational facility open to all District #2 Sons of Norway members and their guests. It welcomes individuals, small groups, and hosts events such as conferences and weddings.
Nestled in the Cascade Mountains of Washington State, just 10 miles east of Snoqualmie Summit, Trollhaugen offers overnight bunk bed accommodations for up to 56 guests, as well as options for day-use visitors.
Each year, we award university and trade school scholarships to members and their immediate family.
We also cover the tuition for several members to attend the Cultural Heritage Retreat at Trollhaugen.
We are deeply committed to improving the lives of all residents in our community. Each year, we donate to local charities and create and deliver ‘Comfort Care Bags’ to cancer patients.
We organize field trips for members to regional Nordic museums, festivals, and celebrations. These trips provide wonderful opportunities to connect with the Nordic community and deepen our understanding of our shared heritage.
